At Heswall Primary School, we believe that offering high quality pastoral support is essential to help our children navigate in the modern world.
Firstly, we have a strong supportive ethos which builds on the values of kindness, happiness and empathy. This is an extremely important whole school approach. We have a very experienced teaching assisting, Mrs Lythgoe, who works as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) in the school. In this area, we work towards helping children to remain happy and healthy and to help them get into the best mindset for learning.
